Bring your shoes
For your orthotic consultation, bring the shoes you wear most often so your orthotics can be tailored to your everyday needs.
Allow enough time
Treatments last between 35 and 90 minutes. Your orthotics are assessed, made, and fitted in a single appointment.
What to expect
Every visit begins with a detailed posture and foot assessment, followed by your personalised treatment or fitting and guidance on aftercare.
