What we treat

BunionA bulging lump on the big toe joint, often red, swollen and stiff. Most bunions trace back to over pronated feet, the toe deviating to keep the foot in balance.Ingrown toe nailA certified podiatrist removes the nail splinter growing into the skin, then clears the corner of the nail so the skin can grow back without pressure.Nail careFiling and cutting the nails properly, correcting ingrown, damaged and fungal nails, finished with a nail buffing. All assessed at consultation first.Skin careCorns, calluses, cracks and dead skin removed with a blade or scalpel to stop the pain and protect sensitivity, then maintained at home with a daily foot cream.Arch painPain across the arch, driven by your arch type. There are four: flat, normal, high and pronated. A consultation identifies yours and what it is doing to your posture.Insoles & orthoticsNot an off the shelf insert. A custom-made orthotic is built around your specific problem and the exact shape of your feet, not an approximation, which is what makes it work.3D foot analysisA sensor platform records your gait and builds a 2D and 3D image of your feet, showing how your weight is distributed and where the imbalances sit.Lower back painThe body is a chain of links. When the first link, the foot, sits out of position, the stress travels up the chain and often settles in the lower back.Knee postureMisalignment shows as genu valgum, knock knees angling inward, or genu varum, bow legs curving outward at the knee. Both can generate injury over time.Plantar fasciitis & heel painPain under the heel and arch, usually from repetitive load on the arch of the foot. Custom-made orthotics are required to take the pressure off it.

The haute couture pedicure for feet, by a certified podiatrist, using the French dry method: calluses, corns and dry skin removed, ingrown toenails and discoloration treated, finished with osteopathic techniques and a foot massage. Recommended every 3 to 6 months.
