Custom-made Orthotics · Made in the foot atelier

Your posture, mapped in 3D.
Your orthotics, made in-house, on the same visit.

Our pressure platform analyses how you stand and move, static and dynamic, across your feet, legs, knees and lower back. Your custom-made orthotic is then moulded and fitted on site, in a single appointment.

Your orthotics are assessed and made in a single session. If they need fine-tuning once you have worn them in, we adjust the fit, and most clients renew about once a year to keep the support at its best.

Conditions we commonly treat

The everyday conditions that can be solved with a custom-made orthotic.

Arch painPain localized to the medial longitudinal arch of the foot, often resulting from overuse, plantar fascia strain, tendon dysfunction (particularly tibialis posterior), or biomechanical instability.Heel painPain at the plantar or posterior aspect of the heel, commonly caused by plantar fasciitis, calcaneal stress injury, fat pad atrophy, or Achilles insertional pathology.Plantar fasciitisA degenerative overuse condition of the plantar fascia characterized by microtears and collagen degeneration at its calcaneal origin, typically presenting with first-step pain in the morning.Flat feet (Pes Planus)A condition characterized by reduced or absent medial longitudinal arch height, which may be flexible or rigid, and can lead to altered foot biomechanics and overpronation.High arches (Pes Cavus)An abnormally elevated medial longitudinal arch associated with increased forefoot and rearfoot loading, often leading to instability, lateral ankle sprains, and pressure-related symptoms.Knee pain linked to foot mechanicsKnee discomfort resulting from abnormal foot biomechanics (for example excessive pronation or supination) that alter lower limb alignment and increase stress on the patellofemoral joint or medial compartment.Lower back pain related to alignmentLumbar discomfort associated with poor lower limb biomechanics, leg length discrepancies, or excessive pronation and supination that contribute to pelvic tilt and altered spinal loading.Bunion / Hallux ValgusA progressive deformity characterized by lateral deviation of the hallux and medial prominence of the first metatarsal head, often associated with joint instability and footwear irritation.Achilles tendinopathyA chronic degenerative condition of the Achilles tendon marked by collagen disorganization, thickening, and pain, typically caused by repetitive loading or biomechanical strain.Shin splints (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome)An overuse injury characterized by diffuse pain along the posteromedial tibial border due to repetitive traction stress on the tibial periosteum and surrounding musculature.

The range

Four orthotics*, one build.

The read

Advanced 3D mapping of your whole posture.

Our pressure platform reads how you stand and how you move, static and dynamic, from your feet through your knees to your lower back. That data becomes a custom orthotic, made specifically for you.
